We are Business Network, an online platform specialized in business services. We own and operate the Coffee Trade Services Center. Based in Riyadh, all our services are offered online.
It is a website that offers its services to clients entirely online, saving them additional expenses and burdens. It helps support and grow businesses related to coffee trading and production, providing specialized and diverse services for coffee factories, roasters, and coffee producers with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the coffee industry and trade sector.
We have been working in the coffee industry since 2012, with extensive experience in various fields from coffee production to coffee trade. Our team possesses the necessary capabilities to help support and grow your business.

The center's operations and services are entirely online, with dedicated administrative offices in Riyadh. However, as a working method, all of the center's activities are managed online.
Packages
With our extensive experience in the coffee industry, we found the need for an expert to help new projects, depending on their size, transfer knowledge and avoid common mistakes. Therefore, we have provided three service packages to suit most projects, from the idea of adding a roastery to a café, to opening a roastery as an independent activity, and even reaching coffee factories of all kinds.
Each package has a specific timeframe to work with the client on the project, precisely determined according to the actual needs. During the package period, communication will be open according to a scheduled timeline, allowing the client to gain maximum benefit throughout the project preparation period until the package concludes.
In the services packages, we offer consultations on feasibility studies, which will be a valid study, especially in big projects, where we will provide you with authentic numbers from the industry and give you important instructions and necessary technical notes to help you get a proper perception and to conduct the study realistically based on authentic numbers and real experience. We do not just conduct feasibility studies; we also give consultations on them
In overseeing the implementation, we review the work plan with you, monitor the steps, and periodically review the progress of your implementation team, ensuring control and quality in performance and execution. This is done through our business platform using a remote work approach. For larger projects, scheduled supervisory visits can be arranged.
A consultation contract will be issued and signed by both parties after the initial meeting, and we will work according to what is mentioned in it and stated in the packages
External Supply
We have strong and diverse relationships with many companies in the coffee industry. We provide you with our communication channels with these companies to help achieve your technical and industrial goals and requirements. This service leverages all the above to support and grow your business, allowing you to quickly and effectively choose between available options.
Initially, the request is submitted, followed by the required financial payments to hold a lengthy business meeting where all requirements are precisely defined, which acts as a measure of seriousness. Subsequently, a detailed service contract is issued, under which we commence work according to the actual agreement.
After the prices and specifications are received by the client and their approval of the requirements, we arrange all necessary agreements to supply the product directly in the client's name. After the client pays the specified percentage in the service or brokerage contract in advance along with the supply cost, we give the supplying company the signal to start the supply operations for the client's account once they have made the payment directly to the supplier's account.
Our specialized business network guarantees you the best after-sales deals, where the supplying companies offer the best terms and guarantees, and where we contribute to the ideal stability of our customer's business environment. All after-sales services are provided by the supplier companies.
